I love ice cream

I have a confession... I am obsessed with eating anything sugary. I will never be able to be one of those people that could take sweet things or leave them (you lucky people), I just won't. I wish I could say I only like fancy, high quality, gourmet sweets. But no, give me candy or give me death! My top favorite things being jelly bellys and mint or cinnamon saltwater taffy, yum.

Ice cream lands pretty darn high on my list of loves of my life. At the moment I'm trying to get healthier and in better shape, so obviously that's out the window. I thought I'd share a 'recipe' that I've pretty much been eating daily, because it's just like eating ice cream. But being such a healthy thing to eat, its perfect for breakfast or any time of the day!

You'll need:
- a food processor or blender
- a frozen banana or two (We drink a ton of smoothies at our house, so we always have frozen bananas on hand)
-honey or agave or whatever sweetener of your choice
-whatever milk of your choice (I usually use almond or soy, darn lactose intolerant)

I let the bananas sit in the food processor for a few minutes first so they're not as hard as a rock. I don't have any exact measurements, which is why this isn't much of a recipe, ha. I put put a little bit of honey and a splash of milk in, and then blend away! You'll probably have to stop and scrape the sides down and add another splash of milk a couple times. Its better to add too little than too much! Just process everything until its smooth and looks like soft serve ice cream. If I am feeling particularly fancy, I'll add sliced strawberries and grate a little dark chocolate on top (micro plane zesters are the coolest thing ever).

And there you have it! It really tastes like ice cream too. Of course you can taste a little banana, so if you hate bananas you will probably hate this. I am so full of wise words.

I became too impatient and hungry to spend the time to take better pictures. Hey, when you're hungry all rules and sensibility go out the window!

By the way, I've been meaning to ask you what red lipstick you use. I've been wanting a classic red lately and I've never been a lipstick gal..I need help.
