Drive, Drive, Driving!

So, pretty soon here my husband's band is going on tour again. For the time being I always tag along with them, it's either that or stay at home all alone in the woods! If the goats could come inside and snuggle in my bed at night it might be a different story...ahhh one can dream (but in reality they would eat my blankets/all of my hair and have the bed drenched in pee in about 5 seconds flat). Touring kind of feels like a bummer sometimes because it is next to impossible to work on etsy things or bake or plan things to take pictures of. Instead of letting that bring me down, I have decided to just start working around that and try and use traveling to my advantage! As unglamorous as traveling for months at a time in a stinky van filled with stinky boys is, it's actually pretty fun! How many people get to look back and say they've been to every state countless times, met lots of great people, eaten old stale granola bars for breakfast everyday (or worse!), and a ton of other fun things. I have decided to document the whole process along the way, which could lead to some very entertaining posts.

I have been trying to plan out what sort of things I want to wear this time around. It has to be a lot of casual/comfortable things mostly. Here is one of my dream traveling outfits, which doesn't seem too hard to recreate! And I am thinking a travel french press would be amazing...ahhhhh

  11. Where is the backpack from?

    I'm dreaming of this one:
    http://www.etsy.com/listing/63975623/square-shape-leather-backpack-tan-brown

It is big enough and sturdy enough for school books and has extra space... Unfortunately it is out of my price range and I'm searching thrift stores for a similar one!
