A Good Day

Why hello friends!

I thought I would just give you a quick little update on what's been going on over here. I was just the worst blogger for the month of July on tour! It was a very strange month and we hardly ever had internet, but I had the best time. Sometimes you just have to roll with the punches and accept laying down in the filth that is the van, never eating good food, plugging your nose a lot (stinky boys I run around with), covering your eyes as to not see butts flying past your face in the van (weird boys I run around with), and never getting a good nights rest. It seems like a pretty good trade off for neglecting the internet world. It was also my last touring for the whole rest of the year, so I tried to just focus on having fun.

But! Have no fear, after a few hiccups since being home (sewing machine dropped off for a tune-up, sewing machine comes back broken, sewing machine goes back to shop the next day, shop says machine is mysteriously broken forever), I am all ready to go now! I finally decided to take the plunge and have a brand new super fancy machine coming my way tomorrow. I am pretty darn excited and worry I may not sleep tonight out of excitement. SIX DIFFERENT KINDS OF AUTOMATIC BUTTONHOLES PEOPLE! SIX!

Oh, and I also got a job today! I will tell you more about that later, but I will say its my first "real" job in years and years!

In these pictures is a sneak peak at the new dress design I have coming out very soon. Please please don't count my really poor drawing skills against me.
